Congratulatory Mailer Bot

Use Case Description

This process sends an automatic mail to the person with cc to manager, once person clears assessment. This’ll be a congratulatory mail with a certificate embedded .
Flow to be:
User is given two choices :
1-To Generate Certificate
2-To Send Congratulatory Mail and Badge
If 1 is selected, Bot should read excel and generate Certificate (word based) based on information
If 2 is selected, Bot should send congratulatory email to all that have passed the assessment with cc to manager to and also send badge.
For invalid Choices, Bot should display a pop-up a message with relevant information.
