Utility use case for a HR or Admin to compare logins and send remainder mails to the ones who have not signed up or subscribed to the website.

Use Case Description

A robot which compares 2 excels (Master file- one which contains signed up email ids, phone numbers and subfile - one which contain signed up email ids and just visiting user email ids) and sends email, whatsapp to mismatched user and also backup the file and sends email attachment to admin. Runs back up file first in the second run and compares every record. This can be used for online academy logins, job portals and other websites. There can be 1 master excel file and n number of sub excel files for the comparisons. These files are uploaded to storage bucket form uipath Apps.
