Conditional Formatting for excel not working (highlighting missing entries)

Hi!

I currently have a workflow that looks something like this; Sequence.xaml (10.2 KB) . The process is meant to highlight missing numbers in a sequence (For example; 101, 102, 106, 107). However, currently, instead of highlighting only 106, it is also highlighting 102. Is there a way to make it only highlight 106? Excel sheet as attached;Book1.xlsx (8.6 KB).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
