Concat Strings on the same date (but it is in time format), if The time overlaps then it creates a new combined time (HELP)

Hello all… here is what i want to do
for example i have a data with 3 columns


The final result is i want to concatenate the Time Values (string) on the same Date

example final value:


*note that if the time overlaps it will be combined like on the 8/28/2021 date

Please give me some insights, any help would be much appreciated thank you in advance!

Sorry for the very late reply, Hope this may help you…

Get the data in Datatble, so that it will be easy to filter based on Dates, further for mentioning time slots I have a logic for time overlaps,
In time first compare the time duration values i.e., In 28/08/2021 (08.30-12.00) & 28/08/2021 (11.00 -13.00) compare the end time in first slot with start time in second slot,
so that if time value of second slot comes below time first slot then, ignore the two values and concatenate the time slots of First slot with Last slot.(here 12.00 <11.00)
if time value of second slot falls above first slot end time, then include both the time slots.
