Current behavior: Inactive

Hi,

I have a community edition installed at my work computer. Whenever i try to activate license from home(it asks everytime) it gives me this error. But it works fine from office network. Can anyone suggest?

Please try to remove data from this foler:

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\UiPath\License

Hi @Pablito. I deleted the 3 files i saw in the folder They were .cache, .lic and .sinfo and retried its not working.

Do you use our community Orchestrator maybe? The thing I have in my mind is that you could connect the Robot to the Orchestrator and try to use the third option which is activation of the license through Orchestrator.

Hi @Pablito It is working fine now. I still don’t understand why it wasn’t working before.

There was a little issue with licensing described here:

Probably it was related :slight_smile:. But good that it’s working now :slight_smile:
