Click activity not selected file

Hi,

I am having some issues trying to open a file located on a server, when using click activity it doesn’t pick up the file instead it picks up the whole window as you can below.

can anyone help or give me other possible solutions?

open UI Explorer and in top bar you can see Ui FrameWorks try changing it

I’ve just tried that, its still doing the same thing.

The target application may not have proper selectors, try to find it with UiExplorer or directly from Click activity.

Which version of UiPath you are using? If you are using latest version 2019.10 and above you can see selectors for this kind of applications.
