Citrix extension disabled

Hello, I must install the Citrix extension in UiPath studio, I already installed Citrix workspace app on my computer but it still appears disabled, does anyone have a solution?

Check with your IT Security team, they probably block extensions.

  1. Try restarting your machine and check once

  2. Check whether any company policy or firewall has disabled it. Check with ur admin

I just noticed you’re showing it greyed out in Studio. I don’t think that’s because it’s blocked by policy. Do you have the Citrix Workspace software installed on your computer?

To generate native selectors for Citrix technologies, following components are required:

  • Studio v2018.4 or greater on the client machine to install the UiPath Extension for Citrix.
  • Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace on the client machine.
  • Citrix XenApp v6.5 or greater.
  • Citrix XenDesktop v7.0 or greater.
