UiPath Citrix Extension not installed

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

We have remote runtime 19.4 installed in the citrix server and we have studio/robot 2019.4.4. We have completed the development in the dev environment and all working fine. But in the QA environment the automation is not working - especially the citrix automation.
In orchestrator logs, we found an error on Attach Window activity -

Attach Window Citrix Desktop: UiPath Citrix Extension not installed.

This is for the citrix desktop window.
We tried running the 2019.4.4 setup exe again in the QA environment. The setup screen by default shows citrix client install selected and the setup installation went successful. But still the automation is not working. Could you please help?
