Native Citrix Automation not working

Our studio version is 2018.4.6.
UiAutomation package version is 18.4.5.
Citrix plugin extension installed in the the studio.
Citrix Remote runtime 18.4.6 installed in the citrix app server.

But I see selectors are not enabled inside the Citrix Desktop. The Citrix Desktop is launched. I see the desktop shortcuts and the task bar inside the Citrix Desktop. But When I use the “Native Citrix” recorder in the studio, I click on Click button in the recording panel, as I hover over the shortcuts inside the Citrix Desktop, I see the entire desktop as an image.
Can you please help?

1)Try to do tasks with HOT KEYS.

Thanks for your response. Are you saying Native Citrix Automation won’t work?

The pre-requisistes are all set. But why is it not enabling selectors?
