Change QueueItem status : New to InProgress

I would like to know how to set a transaction status of “New” item to “In progress” as we have to use “Get Queue Items” activity instead of “Get Transaction Item”. The reason being, we’re still on orchestrator 18.3 which doesn’t support Filter Strategy for “Get Transaction Item”.

The link doesn’t describe how to change the QueueItem status from New to InProgress. I’ve also highlighted the constraint.
