Change display setting of desktop can effect the robot process

Hi,

I’m facing some problems with my robot after I change the display setting for my desktop. I have changed it from 125% to 100% due to a problem when I want to set up the task scheduler to run my robot automatically. Unfortunately, my robot that runs smoothly before cannot detect the indicate image for click activities. I have to change the indicate image back but it did not work and when I change the display setting back it become worst. I want to know is it cause by the changing of the display setting? By the way, the robot that I make involving enter a server using a remote desktop connection.

Unfortunately, a change of your display settings could be the issue here - e.g. see the below thread:

Cannot Click Image which is created by other user

Are both users running at max resolution with a Monitor (1920x1080) and widescreen? If one is running at different resolution or different size display I could see this causing an issue. Another problem could be if the window is not opened maximized where the image can be seen. You might also try turning down the Accuracy a little. I don’t know if these ideas will help, but I do understand how robot migration is a struggle for some actions UiPath perform.
