I have recently completed my RPA Citizen Developer Foundation (v2021.10) certification and also attempted the final assessment successfully. However, it has been 3 days and my final certificate is still not reflecting in my Academy profile.
Could you please help me with this issue or guide me on the next steps to access my certificate?

Maybe check once the learning plan, may be any lessons are left incomplete?

I have checked the learning plan and all the lessons are completed and even i got the certificates for each completed module but my final certificate is missing.
Can you please head on to academy website
Click on My Academy, in the filters choose Training type - learning plans, and Status - Completed
And check whether you can see the course you have done is showing as completed

If it appears, click on it and scroll to the bottom, you will be able to see the credential for it.
If it doesn’t appear, you might have missed on any survey on learning modules, even then if you couldn’t find, Please raise a ticket here and proceed.
