Task Capture not capturing

We get clients to download task capture to expedite mapping which usually works fine. A new client has it up and running, however when she clicks record and starts imitating her process, nothing is captured. Any ideas?

Usually, the applications that can’t be captured are running with Admin rights. Task Capture is unable to capture these apps unless you run it as an Admin. Please make sure to run both apps with the same rights.

If that’s not the case - I’d recommend sharing the .log file in order to check whether any errors occurred. The file can be found through the ‘Help’ menu -> ‘Open Logs Folder’ option.
