Can't log in into ACME System 3 APP - Unhandled exception has occurred in your application

Hello guys,

I hope you are all well in these difficult times which we are living.

I have a problem trying to log in to the ACME system 3 app, I use the same credentials as the web application.

I already change the password and reset the test data but I still can’t log in to ACME System 3 APP.

Hi @Wendell22,
What Windows version do you have? Could you please also attach details from this error and the Event Viewer log related to this error if it’s possible?

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Didn’t understand about the Event Viewer log.

Thank you for the details :slight_smile:
I will sent this to proper team for the checkup.

@Wendell22,
I got information from our team that this issue should be fixed now :slight_smile:
Please check.

@Pablito
In fact, the error/message doesn’t appear anymore but when I try to log in now it gives me a wrong username or password as you can see below:
acme-wrogcredentials

Yes, I already tried to change my password and reset the user data and still get the same message/error.

That’s unfortunate. I will push it back, sorry for inconvenience.

Hello! I will try to assist you. I did some tests using the password reset feature and I was able to log in using the new password. Are you sure you are using the same credentials as the ones on acme-test.uipath.com? If there is no error on your side, may I have your email address to check if there are some specific issues with your account?

Hi @Catalin_Olteanu,

I’m sure that I’m using the same credentials as the ones on https://acme-test.uipath.com/!
I reset the password right now and tried to log in once more time and I’m getting the wrong username or password error.

My e-mail address is wendell.jad@gmail.com

Hello,
I Can’t log in into ACME System 3 APP now.
(with the same" username "- emailaddres,and "password " of ACME System 1- (https://acme-test.uipath.com/))

Already be solved.
Password should be only the combination of “0~9” & “a ~ Z”.

I even had to go with “a ~ Z” only, but thank you for this. I was getting really confused that I missaved my password
