The easiest way is to Ctrl + Right click on Outlook icon in your system tray, click "Test email auto configuration, click Test button and search in the log for “OOF URL:”
Fill this URL to Exchange Scope activity along with username (in user@domain.com format) and password. In output section create variable and pass this variable to option 1. of activity from screenshot
Hi
Did this issue get fixed. I think I may be having the same problem.
Nick.
No fix available as of now, i am having the same issue. Please let me know if any one has found a fix
I have the same problem - The shared mailbox has a lot of subfolders and only folders up to a certain point are found consistently. Interestingly, whenever I try to access a subfolder “outside” of the UiPath scope, the first sub-folder is read automatically, instead of a “no folder found” error.
Also re-stating what previous forum users have posted, can someone from UiPath comment on this issue?
Thanks!
I would urge anyone with this issue to submit a bug via our Studio form
See here:
Just discovered this problem at 2:30am for a late(or early depending how you look at it) implementation of an update to one of my automations. I had the automation working for weeks with multiple folders, and then this morning I made one change to the folder structure (I added 1 new sub folder under inbox) and boom, all previous folders accessed through this automation are now failing saying folder does not exist. I’ve spent almost an hour changing all folders accessed to use the Get Outlook Mail Activity instead of the Get Exchange Mail Activity. Thankfully the company robot I’m using has Outlook installed on it, but I can’t imagine how brutal it is for people who don;t have that luxury. You guys really need to fix this… I’ll need to spend another hour changing the rest of the automation to use the Get Outlook Mail Activity, but I definitely feel for the folks who are stuck. Will submit the bug via Studio form in the morning when I’m less cranky and have had my morning coffee.
In my case it started working with UiPath.Mail.Activities 1.7.1-beta.557462
I can confirm that there are some fixes to Exchange folders in the latest beta packages.
Please try it out
Hi, it is finally working well!
Hello Carlos,
The solution is to update the package to the beta version (1.7), it should be working fine by now.
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Daniel
Hello,
I can confirm, updating the package is the solution.
Well done.
I’m having problem reading mails from “sharedmailbox” even with the latest version mail.activities 1.8.5. Any help would greatly appreciated.
I’m getting this error message:

Its still not working in the latest package UiPath.Mail.Activities 1.12.3
Any solution?
Bug still present in 1.21.1
