Hi, I’m trying to add users to my Automation Hub instance. However, when I add a new user, it seems to be checking the existing directory, and doesn’t allow me to add a new one. Please advise.

THis doesn’t work. If I want to add a user, it only seems to be searching the existing user list, and not allowing me to add a new email address and name/details. Please advise.
Hey @francisdonohue i’m not sure might be UiPath Automation Hub may be integrated with Active Directory (AD) or Azure Active Directory (AAD). This means it will check for users already existing in your organization’s directory and may not allow you to add users manually if they’re not already present there.

It seems that we need to add the users to “Automation CLOUD” first before they’ll appear as in the directory in Automation Hub. is this new? Or are we doing something wrong?
