Hello, I’m trying to add users to my Automation Hub instance. However, when I add a new user, it seems to be checking the existing directory, and doesn’t allow me to add a new one. In addition, the upload CSV option is not available. Please advise.
If automation hub is connected to Azure AD or Active Directory, it only allows adding users that already exist in that directory. That’s why you can’t add completely new users manually.
