All of a sudden - as of last week - my automations are choking on this error “Cannot send /track/transaction/start request to Automation Tracker server. Exception: Unauthorized:” - it seems to be related to telemetry collection -
Running Community Edition - Studio 2024.10.1 - but basically automations that have not been touched are all doing the same. Any advice on what to do to mitigate? It also happens to scheduled jobs that run through the orchestrator - as well as through Studio…

@ton_roelandse any news?
anybody else with the same error?
No news really - I did locate this to be related to a send email activity - I switched whatever I had to “Use Desktop Client” and that allowed the automations to run again… the message still shows up in Studio when I run it manually but I have filtered it out as not to annoy me further…
Hello, I did have the same issue I’m fairly new using UiPath, my issue was that I did not define the role “Robot” for my profile.
Go on Orchestrator => Tenant => Manage Access => Edit (on your Local User Profile) => Choose “Robot” in Roles => Save
Hopefully it would solve it
Hi @ton_roelandse
In my case, reinstalling Studio solved the problem.
Hopefully it would solve it too.
thanks - I will try that as well…
Hi There @Vincent_Tounet
I gave this a try, it unfortunately didn’t work for me. Did you perhaps change anything from a Studio installation perspective?
Try downgrading your UiPath.System.Activities to match the version of Studio you are running.
The latest Studio 24.10.6 and System activities package 24.10.6 fixed this.
