Cannot receive the alerts email after enabling using default credentials for Orchestrator version 21.10.1 .
Root Cause: This exception will be encountered when there is no password set in IdentityServer.
Resolution: Use the following workaround
- Disable Use default credentials and save email settings using a fake username + password. (those will be saved in IS database)
- Enable Use default credentials (we will save empty username, but the fake password will remain in place - saved in IS database.)
- Orchestrator will receive the old-fake password, the decrypt exception anymore will not be encountered and it will be possible to proceed using default credentials.
