Cannot create Tenant for Automation Hub

Hi,

I want to explore Automation Hub using Automation Cloud (Enterprise Trial). When I want to create a new Automation Hub instance while providing the country I am located, I just receive the following Error Message and I haven’t found anything close to a solution.

Maybe somebody with related experience or from UiPath can provide any help. @uipath

Hi @skrug ,

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Did you manage to enable the Automation Hub service on your Automation Cloud Enterprise Trial account?

Kind regards,

Hi @skrug ,

This is a known issue. We are working on providing a fix for it, but in the meantime, please have a look at the proposed workaround below.

Issue: cannot create Automation Hub service due to insufficient data.
Cause: the name in the Automation Cloud is not properly populated - contains only the “fullname” and not “firstname lastname”.
For eg: your name in Automation Cloud is John and not John Smith.

Workaround for tenant creation:

  1. Go to Admin - Users and Groups - Search for your user and press “Edit User”
  2. Modify your “Full Name” to have the format “FirstName and LastName”
  3. Press save.
  4. Try to create the Automation Hub Service again.

Let me know if the above steps have solved your issue.

Thank you!
