Can not assign ROBOT role for the process created in Autopilot Folder

Hello!

I have created a process in UiPath studio, published the same on “Orchestrator Autopilot Feed”, I have created an unattended robot account but cannot see ‘Robot (Mixed)’ in the assign roles section.
After manually created Robot role, I tried running the bot through the orchestrator, but can not see the Unattended Robot created earlier.

Please help!
Thank you in advance!!

Is that user added to folder?

Also is unattended license given to a machine and is that machine also added?

Cheers

Hello @Anil_G

I have added the user as well as the unattended license is given to a machine. Machine is also visible, but while selecting the machine to run the automation, I am not able to see the machine name.

@Vinit_Joshi1

Can you show somes screenshots of the given roles licenses and what you are trying please

Is it specific to the folder or are you not able to run on any folder?

Cheers

Hello @Anil_G ,

Actually I am trying the use of Agentic AI in the HR Offer Letter POC which I have created.
I have selected the ‘Autopilot’ Folder from the Orchestrator in the Studio.

Connected to Assistant using Service URL, as using Machine Key, Autopilot doesn’t work.

So I am trying to run the automation from Autopilot folder, hence, I have published the code to Orchestrator Autopilot Feed, and performed all the necessary steps to run the Unattended Bot.

Attaching the screenshot for your reference.

Thank you for the quick response!!

Regards!

  1. Create a Robot Role Manually:
    – Go to Orchestrator → Tenant → Roles → Add Role
    – Give permissions: Robot, Folder, Jobs, Machines, Processes
  2. Assign the Role to the Robot/Robot User in the right folder.
  3. Check Unattended Setup:
Tenant → Users → Ensure the user has Unattended Robot type enabled.
    – Add machine template and map it to your robot user.
  4. Check Licensing:
    – Ensure Unattended license is available in Tenant → License.
