Blank screen

Hi,
I am using modern activities to work with Deaktop applications Excel and Outlook. I am getting a blank screen in between and it gets frozen, like below meaning I need to restart the computer. I am not sure what is happening and how to prevent this. Can you help?

Could you please check in the task manager about the screen is that an app which you are trying to open with UiPath ?

Hello @A_Learner

Is it happening even when you are working manually with the applciation? Also during the execution if the screen get stuck, can you go to task manager and cehck the CPU utilization?

If your system doesnt have the proper hardware and software prerequisites, then also the system can get stuck.

Please check it.
