My automations used to appear on the UiPath assistant home screen, this makes it easier to view the machine and see which process is currently running. For some time now this has stopped working and I would like to activate it again, even though the process is running, it does not appear on the home screen, it follows print.
Hi @joaognoatto
To fix the issue, check if the UiPath Assistant is connected to the correct Orchestrator tenant link, ensure both UiPath Studio and Assistant are updated, verify proper license allocation, and check if the âShow on Startâ option is enabled in Assistant settings.
Check this solution.
Hi @joaognoatto,
I can see the âyellowâ dot in your assistant meaning you are not connected to orchestrator. Its green when you are properly connected to orchestrator.
There is some issue in your connection which is why you are not able to view the automations.
Can you please goto that profile icon in assistant â click on orchestrator settings and share screenshot?
Does it say connected and licensed there?

Yes, Iâve done that, and connecting the Orchestrator account does indeed work. However, I work with a team, and we donât have an âadministratorâ account besides our developer accounts, so Iâd prefer not to use this connection. Previously, some time ago, the automations appeared on the same screen I showed in the screenshot.
I solved the issue by connecting to an account, but ideally, I wouldnât like to have any accounts connected.
Hi @joaognoatto,
I am glad to hear it worked
To be able to see processes in assistant, its important to have connection to the orchestrator.
i understand that multiple people try to login from same machine.
In such case, you can consider creating a service account and everyone logs into that machine using the same service account instead of their own accounts.
