Hi all,
I need some help. I am trying to automate for the first time, a process within a Citrix desktop as pictured below. When I try to use any selectors I get the below error.
Am I correct in thinking that I can only use Image-based activities? Otherwise, I need to get this runtime installed on the citrix environment? I don’t have admin privileges on the Citrix machine so it may be a lengthy process to request IT to do this so I’m wondering what my options are here…
I basically just need to launch IE, enter a URL which opens a database, and then perform some simple data entry steps. I think I have tested the data entry before with Image activities and worked okay I just don’t know about how to open IE without being able to use the selectors…
