Apps users usage

hello everyone,

i have cloud licenses, not the new flex, and , in order to use apps (so end users), i must have an action center/apps named users license.

Now, considering that they are all assigned, I tried, when publishing the app, to add users with only “view” permissions. And I did not find a limitation in adding these users.

Can you confirm that the end users I can add are unlimited and the users who create/edit the app are dependent on the named users licenses?

Do I have any other limitation?

Is this differentiation written somewhere within the guides?

Thank you very much

@Kumar802 ,

You need DSU license for enterprise. In order to use apps with data service and one unattended process.

See below thread in more details

Thanks,

@Kumar802

Till the user has access to orchestrator he can be given access to app… just temmeber when using trigger process or data services then respective roles are to provided or access is to be provided

And if the triggered process is attended then the user might need additional license to run attended bot…if it is unattended then need access to run the bot but no license is needed here

Hope this helps

Cheers
