License Assignment Method

As our user wants to purchase 2 more “UiPath - Flex - Attended - Named User” licenses. So I want to know more about the license assignment methods and limitations.

Can multiple “UiPath - Flex - Attended - Named User” licenses assign to a single user or it is limited to a one-to-one structure?
