Orchestrator test environment - error #100 or #400

Anyone having issue logging in to Orchestrator test https://platform.uipath.com/ ? Account has been created couple of weeks ago with tenant name: xxxxxxx yyyyyy (with space) Last accessed on 11.01.2019. This morning on 14.01.2019 the url returns error #100 resp. #400. Unable to log in, but while attempting to create new tenant modified rule is presented, specifically space is not allowed in tenant name anymore. How to log in the Orchestrator test using the old tenant?
