An error occured while trying to initialize the Outlook session. Make sure Outlook is installed on your system!

Good day everyone!

Most of the time, Outlook is working just fine but sometimes it does not.
On the background, Outlook gets used every 10 minutes to read emails and their attachments and send out a response. However, sometimes Outlook does not work and gives us this error message on the machine:

Outlook%20Error

This happened twice today but didn’t happen before that. What could be causing this?

in that case did we try with GET EXCHANGE MAIL ACTIVITY with which we can configure the outlook as well
we wont such issues

Its always good to use Exchange server instead of outlook… You will never face such issues…
