I get the following error - An error occurred while trying to initialize the Outlook session. Make sure Outlook in installed in your computer.
I am using Office for Home & Student 2019 version which does not offer Outlook to be installed. Is there any other way I can build automations for email activities. I tried finding get exchange server or use app mail activities but couldn’t find them.

@balajilearning2020, sure, if you are recieving emails, you can use “get exchange mail activity” and if you are sending emails you can use “send exchange mail activity”

We are currently expanding our capabilities around supporting multiple Mail services. Until we release these new features, please switch to the Studio profile, look for the suggested Exchange activities and add them from there. You could then switch back to StudioX and continue your work.

We tried to read emails from Outlook App Inbox using Get Outlook mail messages activity. But, it throws following error :

  1. System error at initialization: The specified folder does not exist at Source: Read Emails from Outlook
  2. Sometimes, it will not throw any error & returns email count 0

I have the same problem: “The specified folder does not exist” even though the folder exists

How did you solve this issue?
