"An error has occurred" whenever trying to View Packages in orchestrator

I am using the new Orchestrator platform, https://lts-platform.uipath.com. The problem is that whenever I even try to view packages, I get the error described in the title. It looks like this:

I cannot upload packages either, and since I cannot view them I don’t know if the ones I publish are being stored in the Packages folder in Orchestrator. My local robot is connected to orchestrator (it shows on orchestrator that it is connected). I am quite stuck here, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi @peseiler, could you check your Event ViewerWindows LogsApplication for more detailed error.

Hi! I solved the problem. I was using lts-platform.uipath instead of platform.uipath.
