Agent error 【You are not authenticated! (#0)】

Help, when I log into UiPath OC, I get the error ‘You are not authenticated! (#0)’. Additionally, I receive ‘Sorry! An error occurred and the page will reload (#199 - You are not authenticated! (#0))’. How can I troubleshoot and resolve this issue?

I do have same issue here.

During login page, I put
username/email as “admin”
password as defined during installation box.

Already checked the suggested page but still no luck.
