"You are not authenticated #0" when logging in to Orchestrator

Best UiPath Community,

We are having trouble giving my account acces to Orchestrator (On Premise). we get the errorcode “You are not authenticated #0” but the solutions on the web didn’t help us.

Our Admin has trouble even giving permissions because we think it is a Bug. We think it is a Bug as a whole because I am the only one (from 3) who cannot log in to Orchestrator, even when we allocated the Licenses to my account.

We do not know how to solve this. We have tried deleting and creating my account, didnt help.

We also get the Error below when trying to allocate different rights.
Which is weird because i can log in to Orchestrator, but i get kicked out immediatly (Error #0) above and we can see my name in the portal…

Hi i have the same issued after install Orchestrator on Server and try to login first time i type account is admin and password is admin123 the same when config the install . But it had error like in picture
