After using Insert_HTML_to_Word activity can not open Word

Hi,
I use Insert_HTML_to_Word activity which seems to break the word file. Using built-in replace text/insert data table activities etc. works fine but after trying to enter HTML into Word activity from Internal Labs can not use the file any more (trying to save as pdf/html or actually use any activity)
The output which appears is:
“Word Application Scope: Error opening document, make sure Word application is installed. If already installed, an Office Repair may be required.”

Has anyone faced such issue?
I have repaired the word application and also checked the security settings
