I am not seeing word application scope in activities

Hey,

I am trying to write text into a word document and save it.

Now I am trying to open the file back and search for a text in it.

Here I am seeing the error message “Activity is valid only inside WordApplicationScope”.

I have UiPath.Word.Activities installed in project activities, but still not seeing this in activities.

It would be great if someone can help me with this.

Just share screenshot from what you see so far. Especially we want to ensure if you relate to Studio or StudioX

Try searching it through the workflow file. Just click on Plus symbol in workflow which will open the activity search bar. Enter the activity you are looking far and you should be able to get provided you have installed the package.

If this also don’t work, try reinstalling the package or create a new test project and check in that.

1.open your project
2. go to manage packages
3. select all packages
4. clear filter section
5. search word packages(UiPath.Word.Activities)
