After creating the data in the test data queue, how do you use that queue for data driven testing?

I have created the workflow that populates my test data queue with random test data. Great. Now what do I do next? I want to use the data in that test data queue for data driven testing. How do I go about doing that?

I see Get Test Data Queue Item under Testing->Data in Activities tab. This brings one queue item every time the test case is executed. I used the this activity in Given section and passed the queue data as arguments to the functional workflow
