Activation Error for first time installation

License type(Free, Trial/License code): Free

Studio/Robot version: Studio

Current behavior: When i’m trying to install UI Path Studio i’m facing the Activation Error issue.

Activation Failed with Error: 0
Error Description: Cannot use community edition on this machine after activating a trial or enterprise license code. Please enter a valid license key.
License Status: Device ID already activated

I’m trying to install for the first time.
PLease let me know how to resolve this issue

I’m also facing the same problem. I try download UiPath Community Edition but I cannot activate because it say that the device ID have already been activated. Can anyone please help?

I’ve tried download using different email but the device ID did not change.

UPDATE: The error is resolved starting with 2019.4 version. Please get the latest Studio version.
