Action Center: Document info could not be fetched. An error occurred while retrieving the DOM (Document Object Model)

Hi,

I’m using action center for classification and extraction validation in my DU project. But the document is not getting loaded and throwing below errors with Could not connect to the server message.

  1. An error occurred while retrieving the DOM (Document Object Model).
  2. An error occurred while retrieving the taxonomy!

Adding to that, taxonomy and DOM are available in Storage bucket. Any insights?

Can you check below things

1.You have defined taxonomy correctly, and passed Taxonomy to Create Document Data Validation Action activity.
2.If you are correctly passing your DOM variable correctly to Create Document Data Validation Action activity.

You can get DOM as a output of your OCR stage.

Thanks everyone. Solution found.

Reason: Due to CORS policy, Access-Control-Allow-Headers were missing in Request header fields.

Solution: To add CORS tags and enable headers in web.config file.

Will update sample file soon.
