Issue in Action center

Hi, getting an error while trying to use action center- Document info could not be fetched An error occurred while retrieving the DOM Document Object Model in action center. How to fix this issue?

You’ll need to provide alot more info for some help, specific error messages, screenshots etc.

And when I am clicking on “Retry”, it’s saying- Could not connect to the server.

Ok, there are documents stored in a Storage Bucket which are used here, the PDF itself, the DOM etc etc. This indicates that your current user cannot access the file in the storage bucket or the file in the storage bucket has been removed.

Please also try to take screenshots normally and not use your phone, phone pics are blurry and harder to read and make it harder to help.

You need to validate the error first by confirming that indeed your user cannot access the relevant storage bucket, or if they can access it, verfiy if the DOM file for this document is present.

I am hypothesising based on the limited information shared, please verify.

I am trying to implement the use case for document understanding using action center. it is working fine without action center, but when I am trying to run it using action center, I am getting an error in the Action Center, I can assign the document but can’t validate as it is giving the error- “Document info could not be fetched. An unexpected error has occured. Please try again later (An error occured whilr retrieving the DOM (Document Object Model)”
I saw some post on forum, someone mentioned to add action center URL in orchestrator config file, I have done that too, but it is not resolved. I am using on-premise orchestrator.
