Currently I am working on one UiPath project and I am using document understanding framework in my project in which I am using on-prem orchestrator and action center. The task is getting created successfully for validation action but when I look into the created action I cannot see the documents and fields. Below is the screenshot of the same. Every time I can click on ‘Retry’ it says could not connect to the server. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
May I know are you using create form task? looks like the document is not able to be retrieved

I have modified the Orchestrator config file which involves adding action center url in the config file and the issue got resolved
