ABBYY FlexiCapture-IntelligentOCR Scope Error

Hi guys,

I am getting given below error:

IntelligentOCR Scope : Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {C0003003-0000-48FF-9197-57B7554849BA} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).

Please help me on this

Hello AS Vivek,

I have also faced the same issue then I found we have installed 64 bit of Abbyy Flexi Capture Engine. but your license is for 32 bit. so please uninstall Abbyy Flexi Capture Engine and install through the cmd commands for 32 bit. then It will work fine.

This is an issue which often we face when you don’t have any

  1. Admin Privileges means to read and write for the “Programme Data” folder.
  2. Check the Antivirus Blocking issue, (Disable that)
  3. Check the license manager in this path “C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\SDK\12\FlexiCapture Engine\Bin\LicenseManager.exe”.
  4. As a last option, reinstall the SDK engine.

Where can I find a free trial of Abby Flexicapture? I already requested the trial version with no success. Can someone help?
