FlexiCapture in IntelligentOCR does not work

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use Abbyy FlexiCapture in Uipath. I am using the IntelligentOCR activity for this.
However, I am getting an error : IntelligentOCR Scope: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {C0003003-0000-48FF-9197-57B7554849BA} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

I already read different threads about this problem, but it did not work for me. I am using Abbyy FlexiCapture 12 (64 bit) and exported the .fcdot file. My Studio Version is 2019.8.0.

The other IntelligentOCR functions seem to work (e.g Digitize Document).

I hope you can help me.

Yes, exactly - Abbyy FlexiCapture 12

Not so sure about your issue @Param,
But just sharing I’m also using abbyy flexicapture 12 and it was a different tools .The only thing that uipath did was to input the pdf files and get the output of the read pdf files.
