Abbyy Flexicapture Engine- Error

Hello,
Is there a proper documentation for using Abbyy flexicapture ?
I encounter problems in admin station- It cant recognize .afl file created in Flexilayout studio.
Is there any other way to process the .afl file to fcdot file?
Could anyone help me on this?
