401 Error Connecting Studio to Orch Cloud but can SSO to Orch Cloud

Hey all. I’m at my wits end.

Our Cloud account has been set up wtih AAD SSO and I can go to our Cloud account from my machine it logs directly into Cloud as it should. But when I try to connect Studio, I get a 401 Error and no entry in the Learn more link.

When I try to connect assistant, I get a robot error.

I’ve given myself all the permissions I can find and a Developer license.

What am I missing? Thanks!!

@tmays

Can you confirm which url are you using in your assistant to connect…

Did you give the complete orchestrator url

And also can you try clearing your browser cache and then try to login…

Cheers

Hi @tmays ,

  • Check that you have the latest version of UiPath Studio and Assistant installed: Make sure that you have the latest version of UiPath Studio and Assistant installed on your machine. Older versions may not support AAD SSO authentication.
  • Clear your browser cache: Clear your browser cache and try to log in again.
  • Check that the necessary permissions are granted in the Azure AD app registration: The Azure AD app registration needs to have the following permissions granted: “user_impersonation”, “openid”, “profile”, and “email”. Ensure that these permissions are granted.
