The same problems occurs in Studio. I repaired de UiPath Installation, uninstalled the antivirus, and disabled the firewall. Nothing changed

In your assigned role(s) in Orchestrator do you have Settings.View permission added?
Do you have a proxy in place in the Assistant machine?
What did you specify in Orchestrator URL in Assistant?
What robot user type did you set for yourself in Orchestrator UI (Attended or Unattended)?
Sometimes, when I open cloud.uipath.com in the browser, I see a Cloudflare verification
If the behavior is different for the same account, then something is caused by your VPN or internal network.
Check if you can connect to your office VPN or network. Maybe your IP address is belonging to a restricted country for UiPath.
Also, you may ask your portal admin to check if by any chance they set some IP restrictions in the below section. If yes, try to allow your IP address or allow all IPs.
