I’m wondering if anyone may be able to help. I’m in the process of iterating through a selection of Zendesk tickets (which I’ve gathered using the “Search” activity).
Would anyone know how to gather data from specific fields? I’ve been able to grab the Ticket ID and Description information in my For Each, using the following syntax: (currentItem.Id).toString and (currentItem.Description).toString, but does anyone know how I might be able to get the names of the other fields (including custom fields), so I can do this for more fields?
