I am completed Agentic Automation Associate Training and also completed Agentic Automation Associate Assessment, but right now show "You have already completed this assessment, Great job! ". But my training certificate not generated and my training course also not completed.

I want to need help for how to resolve this issue.

  1. Visit the official UiPath contact page: UiPath Contact Us.
  2. Fill in all the required details in the form (name, email, subject, and message).
    . Use the ‘‘same email ID’’ that is linked to your UiPath Academy account.
    . Clearly mention that you need support related to your ‘UiPath Academy Certificate’.
  3. After submitting the form, UiPath will send you a confirmation email.4.
  4. Reply to that email with all the necessary details (like your registered email ID, course name, completion date, and any screenshots if required).
  5. UiPath Support will verify your request and then share your certificate or provide guidance on how to download it.

Just refresh and wait, It takes sometime and if still the issue persists then you just raise a ticket as @sagar.singh1 mentioned.

try to use from a different browser and check looks like completed is not reflected

it should be reflecting in awhile if it does not show from different browser as well

Please follow Below Step:
