Did not get Certificate of Licensing Training

Hello All,
I completed the Licensing Training 5 to 6 times but I did not get my certificate. How will I get my certificate, please suggest?

login to the above and navigate to the course and can download

I already logged in but it shows that you have not start the course. But I already completed it.
