I have completed UI-Path foundation training but Certificate has been not generated so please help me the same .

After the training course, there is a survey that you need to complete before getting the certificate ready. Have you completed the survey?

If not, can I see a screenshot of the academy course of yours…

After Completing the exam one diploma certificate generate but here no any certificate generated. Below is the link please cheak it and let me know.
