You are not authenticated #0 while opening Orchestrator

Hello, my client has UiPath account and he wants me to configure Orchestrator. He gave me all the rules as displayed on the screenshot. But while I am trying to open Orchestrator I get the message You are not authenticated #0. Have someone faced such issue?

Ask your client to go to Orchestrator UI → Tenant → Manage Access → Assign roles → User → search your user by email → select it from the list → add the Orchestrator Administrator and Administrator roles → select Standard Interface → Skip and assign

After performing these, you need to log out and log in again → Access Orchestrator UI

Hi, thank you for reply. But even this didn’t help. The solution was that I registered new UiPath account and my client invited this new account

You just created an account beforehand and then they invited it?

Hi, my problem was that when my client invited my main UiPath account which already has few organizations, I got this error. Then I registered new email account and he sent invite on new email. After that UiPath offered me to create UiPath account on this new email. And when I passed all the registration steps I was able to access Orchestrator on the client’s organization. Hope this helps you

Ok, thanks. Do you know by any chance how they send the Emails? We are not finding it, we are on premises though. Not sure if that made the difference

If you need to invite someone you go to Admin panel and press Invite Users
