How can I write this formula =CONCATENATE(“320.01.01.”;A2;“.”;IF(M2=“EUR”;“3”;IF(M2=“USD”;“2”;“”)))

Use Write Cell activity with the formula in quotes, e.g. "=CONCATENATE(""320.01.01."",A2,""."",IF(M2=""EUR"",""3"",IF(M2=""USD"",""2"","""")))". Ensure PreserveFormat is enabled when writing formulas.

use assign activity with this expression:
“320.01.01.” + row(“A2”).ToString + “.” + If(row(“M2”).ToString = “EUR”, “3”, If(row(“M2”).ToString = “USD”, “2”, “”))
make sure row is from for each row loop over datatable from read range activity
